What it actually looks like

Our note
The summer this describes has already been and gone, so read it as a guide to what they usually run rather than as something you can book. The $10 lunch hour charge is the part worth remembering if you are stringing a morning and an afternoon class together. Ask them in the spring what next summer looks like and whether anything is coming back for the under fives.
What the children do
More than forty two hour art classes across July and August, running morning and afternoon, plus three art camps. The classes are held in the MAC Community Art Garden at the back of the building. A child can take a morning class and an afternoon class on the same day and stay through the lunch hour for $10 extra, which makes a 10 am to 3 pm day. The summer these dates describe has finished and the listings have come off the shop, so the price of a single class, the ages each one takes and the dates of the camps are not currently published anywhere on the site. The separate Creative Kids Under Five collection is empty at the moment.
Good to know
Classes happen outside in the community garden at the back of the building. Washrooms, cover if it rains and where the children eat are all unstated.
Sources disagree. Two different phone numbers for the same place. The map panel on their home page gives one, and their contact page and room rentals page both give the other. We use the contact page number. If it does not answer, try the other.
