What it actually looks like

Our note
This is the one thing on the site aimed at young children rather than school classes, so it is worth asking about if your group is under five. Neither the price nor the age range is published, so ask for both, and ask what the children actually do in the session.

What the children do

Mini Mariners is an ongoing Saturday program that is included in adult admission or membership. The museum says a group can book a private Mini Mariners session through the booking form. What a private booking costs, how long it lasts and which ages it suits are not published.

Good to know

Same building as any visit, with a washroom and a baby change table and step free access for standard wheelchairs. The cost, the length and the ages it suits are all unpublished, so this one needs a phone call or an email.

Washrooms
We have a gender inclusive, single stall washroom available that has a baby change table. While this should be large enough for a standard wheelchair to fit in, a motorized wheelchair will not.
Lunch space
While we don't offer food or beverages for sale, you're more than welcome to bring along non-messy snacks.

Bus parking
The closest city parkade is under the Central Branch of the Greater Victoria Public Library on Broughton Street. There is also street parking nearby.

Restrictions
