What it actually looks like
What the children do
A summer day camp for children in two age groups, 6 to 9 and 10 to 12, covering ocean kayaking, stand-up paddleboarding, outrigger canoeing and beginner racing kayaks, plus water safety, self rescue, team challenges and an end-of-week mini regatta. Camps run weekdays 9am to 4pm. 2026 fees are $352 for a 4 day camp and $440 for a 5 day camp; the $440 five-day rate is recorded here. Registration is per child through the online store rather than as a group booking. Eight camp weeks ran in July and August 2026.
Children spend the week on the water trying ocean kayaks, paddleboards, outrigger canoes and racing kayaks, learning how to fit a lifejacket and self rescue, playing paddle games and relay races, and finishing with a mini regatta.
Good to know
Full weekdays 9am to 4pm on the water, tax exempt, with a weekly pizza lunch included. Washrooms, changing space, wet-weather plans and staff-to-child ratios are not published - ask before you commit.
