Community group tour
What it actually looks like
What the children do
A guided tour for Girl Guides, Scouts, youth clubs and other community groups. It includes a guided tour of the historic Observatory, a planetarium presentation of stars, planets and constellations, and time to explore hands-on gallery exhibits. Cost is $10.00 per participant with leaders included, for groups of up to 20; larger groups may be accommodated with advance notice. Tours are typically offered evenings and weekends, with flexible scheduling.
Follow a guide through the Observatory, sit for a planetarium presentation of the stars, planets and constellations, then spend time at the hands-on exhibits in the gallery.
Good to know
