Our note
You pick the character when you book, so say which era or angle your unit is on when you email. Grade 6-9 spans both the child and youth price bands.

What the children do

In-person program for Grade 6-9 students that explores the Castle through the eyes of someone who interacted with the building during its history. Character choices are a friend of the Dunsmuirs, a Dunsmuir staff member, a veteran patient at Craigdarroch Military Hospital, a Victoria College student, or a member of the Craigdarroch Castle Historical Museum Society. Includes a photo analysis activity.

Follow a guide in character through the Castle's rooms, hearing the building described from one person's point of view, then examine historical photographs as a group.
