The minimum age of 3 is the only firm age rule they publish, and it is worth reading as a real one rather than a suggestion. Seats are reserved, so if you want a class sitting together you need to buy the block yourself in one go on their ticketing site. Ring the ticket line on 250-758-7224 and ask whether they will hold a row and whether there is any rate for a group, because neither is on the site.
What the children do
Each December the society stages a family pantomime in the Bailey Studio. The 2026 one is Humpty Dumpty, written and directed by Ann Gogo with music director Liam Pister, running 18 to 31 December 2026, in which Dame Candy Kain and her son Justin rally the people of Lower Danceville in song and dance against a greedy chief executive. The page carries a firm minimum age: children must be at least 3 years old to attend. Seats are reserved and numbered, and tickets are bought one at a time through their online box office. No group rate, school rate or block booking is published, and no ticket price appears anywhere on their own website.
Sit in a numbered seat in a small 172 seat theatre and watch a live pantomime with songs and dancing. Refreshments can be had in the lounge.
Good to know
Free parking in their own lot, a lounge for refreshments, step free access throughout and a drop off area. Washrooms, somewhere to eat a packed lunch and room for a bus are not mentioned anywhere, and no ticket price is published on their site.
Sources disagree. Their contact page and their ticket page give two different postcodes for the same street. The one on the contact page belongs to their post office box, not to the building. If you are driving, use 2373 Rosstown Road and V9T 3R6, or a satnav may send you to a post office.
